Joe Biden just made a promise and then got this disease, will he now withdraw from the presidential election

Washington. Questions are constantly being raised about US President Joe Biden’s contesting the presidential election. His fellow Democrat leaders are demanding him to withdraw from the race. However, Biden is firm on his decision and is adamant about becoming the President again. Amidst the increasing pressure from Democrat leaders and party supporters, he finally made a promise yesterday that if the doctors tell him that his ‘medical condition’ is not good, then he will think about withdrawing from this election. However, this promise of Biden may now cost him heavily.

President Joe Biden has now tested positive for COVID-19. The White House said on Thursday that President Biden has tested positive for COVID-19 and is experiencing “mild symptoms.” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said in a statement, “Following his first event in Las Vegas today, President Biden tested positive for COVID-19. He has been vaccinated and received a booster dose and is experiencing mild symptoms.”

Biden will now return to Delaware, where he will self-isolate and continue to fully discharge all of his duties during that time. He said the White House will provide regular updates on the president’s condition as he continues to perform all the duties of the office while in isolation.

Earlier, 81-year-old Biden was asked on American news channel BET News if there was anything that would make him rethink the 2024 election campaign. He said, ‘If I have a medical condition, if the doctor comes to me and says you have this problem or that problem.’

However, Joe Biden has not clarified what kind of medical problem he was talking about. In such a situation, the question has now become more strong whether Joe Biden will withdraw from the presidential race after the interruption in the campaign due to the infection of Kovid-19.
