Muzaffarpur. The month of Sawan is near. Shiva devotees are preparing to go to Baba Dham. But it is very difficult to get a seat in the trains. Meanwhile, there is good news for people going to Deoghar. In view of the extra crowd on the occasion of Sawan, the railway administration has decided to run a special train between Raxaul and Jaynagar to Deoghar via Muzaffarpur. East Central Railway will operate this special train.
Shravani Mela Special Train
One pair of Shravani Mela special train will be run from Jaynagar to Asansol, Raxaul Muzaffarpur to Deoghar. 05551-05552 Raxaul- Deoghar, Raxaul Shravani Mela Special will run three days a week via Sitamarhi Muzaffarpur-Samastipur-Barauni. From 21 July to 20 August, train number 05551 will leave Raxaul at 5:15 am on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday and reach Deoghar at 16:45 pm on the same day, stopping at Sultanganj at 13:38 pm.

On the return journey, the same train number 05552 will depart from Deoghar at 17.45 hrs on every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 21st July to 20th August, stopping at Sultanganj at 21.30 hrs and reaching Raxaul at 6 am the next day.
Traveling will be easy
A senior official of East Central Railway said that Shravani Mela special train will leave from Raxaul at 5:15 am. After that this train will stop at many stations including Sultanganj, Munger, Sahibpur, Begusarai, Barauni, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur. On the return, the train will leave at 4:30 pm and reach Raxaul at 3:15 am the next day. Gorakhpur-Deoghar special train will also run via Muzaffarpur. This will provide a lot of convenience to the passengers going to Babadham in Sawan.
