The mansion will be auctioned in the court of Civil Judge on 11th March. Its minimum price has been fixed at five crore rupees. This mansion of K D Singh Babu was in the news for a long time due to property dispute. The dispute increased so much that the matter reached the court.
The whole matter is of Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh. Here is the mansion of KD Singh Babu, who was the captain of the Indian hockey team. There was a property dispute going on in his family for a long time regarding this. This mansion is built in about 35 thousand square feet in the Civil Lines area of the city. There was a dispute going on about this for many years. On January 31, 2024, ACJM / Civil Judge Khan Zeeshan Masood had ordered to sell the property and distribute the money to all the heirs according to their share.

On 15th February this month, a receiver was appointed and the mansion was sealed. During the hearing of this case, Lucknow resident Amita Dutt had given an application and said that mediation should be done in this case. The lawyers had objected to this. After this, the court rejected Amita Dutt’s application and imposed a fine of ten thousand rupees. The court has said in the auction notice that the minimum bid will start from five crore rupees.

Auction of the mansion
The auction of KD Singh Babu’s historic mansion will begin at 3 pm on March 11 in the court of Civil Judge Zeeshan Masood. Those who want to buy the mansion have been invited. The court also said that if the buyers want to see the mansion before bidding, they can inspect it under the supervision of the receiver on February 29 at 3 pm. After the auction order, KD Singh Babu’s historic mansion is now certain to go into the hands of others. KD Singh Babu’s heirs will be given equal rights in the money received from the auction under the supervision of the court.
