Hazaribagh players have shown their dominance in the 14th Jharkhand Shooting Championship held in Deoghar, Jharkhand. 18 players of the district have won medals in this. 6 gold, 7 silver and 5 bronze medals have been won. More than 500 shooters from across the state participated in this competition.
Bablu Kumar, who won the silver medal in this tournament, says that he has been participating in shooting competitions for the last several years. He has completed his training from Akash Shooting Sports Club of Hazaribagh. He got to learn a lot by playing in this tournament. The national level coach there taught him many skills. He has already won many tournament medals. He wants to win a medal for India in the Olympics in the future.

Gold medal winner Srishti Gupta says that she was interested in shooting since childhood. Due to which she has come from the village to the city and is training here. Here she is taking training from national level player Sandeep Kumar at Akash Shooting Sports Club. In future she wants to become a player of international level tournaments. For this she is already involved in training.
