This compound increases fermentation with the help of bacteria in the intestine, due to which a lot of gas is produced as a byproduct. This is the reason that excessive consumption of beans increases gas and indigestion in the stomach. If it is consumed on an empty stomach, it will bloat the stomach of every type of person.

2. Broccoli- All kinds of cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, cauliflower, cabbage etc. are very nutritious vegetables.
