The community members, under the leadership of the provincial Kushwaha community, had staged a dharna on Thursday demanding closure of the girls hostel which was being operated on rent for 13 years and freeing the building from the possession of former state president of BJP Backward Class Morcha, Bhagat Singh Kushwaha.
Society president Yogesh Kushwaha alleges that this land was allotted for social work, but Bhagat Singh Kushwaha is running a hostel here under a fake name. Immoral activities were taking place here.
According to the women, when they went inside the hostel during the protest, many objectionable items were found there, which further increased their anger. The women said that this incident is a direct attack on the reputation of the society. After this they raised slogans and demanded to vacate Kushwaha Bhawan.
In this entire incident, serious allegations have been made against Bhagat Singh Kushwaha, due to which the controversy has increased further. The investigation into the matter is ongoing and the administration has started immediate action at the spot.
