In Faridkot, Punjab, police issued challan to youth who violated traffic rules outside schools and colleges. Under this, blockade was done around schools and colleges under the supervision of DSP Rajan Pal on Friday afternoon.

According to the information, the district police was continuously receiving complaints that some youths were creating ruckus with girls around schools and colleges. Under which, as per the instructions given by SSP Dr. Pragya Jain, under the supervision of DSP Rajan Pal, special blockade was done at Sethi Chowk, Ghoda Chowk and other places of Faridkot, vehicles were checked and the youth were warned.
DSP Rajan Pal said that ruckus will not be tolerated at any cost. Under the campaign, challans have also been issued to youth driving without documents and license and as per the new rules, legal action will also be taken against their parents. He said that during the campaign, challans have been issued to about 25 vehicles and some vehicles have been impounded in the police station.
