A case of selling the land of a farmer living in Kushner village of Panagar police station area through fake documents has come to light. The special thing is that these documents also included the order for fake name transfer of Panagar Tehsildar.

After Tehsildar Vikas Kumar Jain came to know about this, he lodged a complaint in the police station. Panagar police has registered a case of cheating against one accused Pradeep Patel.

Panagar Tehsildar Vikas Kumar Jain said that Rajaram Patel, resident of village Kushner, had given a complaint to the collector through Rajesh Patel. According to this, there is 0.8000 hectares of agricultural land in the name of his father late Sheetal Prasad Patel. On which he was farming. By preparing fake documents of this land, Pradeep Patel, resident of Murrai, sold this land to Mohammad Afzal and Mohammad Anwar.

After this was revealed, when investigation was conducted, it was found that the land had been sold by submitting a fake transfer order in the name of Panagar Tehsildar Vikas Kumar Jain. Therefore, the Tehsildar lodged a complaint at Panagar police station. After investigation conducted by the police, a case has been registered against the accused Pradeep Patel under various sections including fraud.

Khasra made with the help of photo shop

Tehsildar Vikas Kumar Jain said that after examining Khasra number 905/1, it was found that this Khasra was made with the help of photo shop. A fake order for transfer of name has also been prepared.
