Mountain climbing at -20 degrees Poonam Sauni, who climbed Dhupgarh mountain 4,429 feet, said – We were given 10 days time to do the trekking. But we submitted our project in 7 days. He said that when we started our journey the temperature was fine but as we started going up, the temperature there became -20 degrees.

He said that one who does mountain trekking should do yoga the most. Our teacher told us about Anlom-Vilom. He helped a lot.
