Toxic Workplace In India: A company boss has been accused of abusing a 21-year-old intern over a ‘minor mistake’. The intern has given information on social media about being harassed by her boss for small mistakes in her work. In a Reddit post he revealed that his boss recently called him an ‘idiot’ for a small mistake he made in a draft. The victim has accused his boss of abusing him publicly in front of all the employees.
She has claimed that her boss often criticizes her and her work. He even threatens to get him fired from his job. His every work is belittled, so that he remains under pressure. The victim employee has given complete information about the incident on social media.
Reddit is a social media platform where people often express their frustrations about their workplace. The 21-year-old intern recently claimed that she is facing many problems at her workplace. Her boss misbehaves with her when she makes a ‘small mistake’.

I am absolutely new to this field and currently in my internship period, Which is expected to last here for the first three months.” She claimed that her boss abused her one day, shouting, “Which motherfucker did this?”
The boss later told him, “I’m sorry for my language, but I don’t want to have to repeat to you this job that I used to do in my early days 2 decades ago.” The intern further said that this incident has shaken him. He is thinking about changing jobs. He also said that he did not want to go back home because he did not want to upset his parents.
She wrote, “Going back home is not an option for me. Not because my parents have no money or won’t welcome me. But because I know they would be worried that their son is not well. “I don’t want to let them down or make them think I made the wrong decision.”
