With this, the air traffic movement of Jaipur Airport has increased to the highest peak of 4 thousand 548 in November.
Jaipur International Airport spokesperson said that a huge increase in passenger load has been recorded at Rajasthan’s largest international Jaipur Airport in November 2024. In November this year, there was a footfall of more than 5 lakh 60 thousand passengers at Jaipur Airport. Which is more than 17 percent more than November 2023.
This includes 5 lakh 13 thousand domestic passengers. Whereas more than 44 thousand international passengers are included. Along with this, the Air Traffic Movement (ATM) of Jaipur Airport also reached a high of 4,548 in November 2024. International Air Traffic Movement (ATM) has increased by 68% in November 2024 compared to November 2023.
Jaipur airport included in top 10 of the country
Earlier on December 3, Jaipur Airport was also included in the top 10 airports of the country. In the ranking released by the Airport Authority of India, Jaipur Airport has been ranked tenth in the list of busiest airports in the country. In the ranking, Jaipur Airport has achieved the tenth rank, leaving behind cities like Lucknow, Goa and Guwahati. In such a situation, considering the increasing passenger load in the coming tourist season, there is a possibility of further improvement in the ranking of Jaipur Airport.
68 flights operating from Jaipur
Winter schedule has come into effect at Jaipur Airport. Under this, 10 flights each are being operated daily for Mumbai and 6-6 flights for passengers of Delhi, Bengaluru and Kolkata. Similarly, 5-5 flights are being operated daily for Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. 3-3 flights operate daily for Pune, Chandigarh and Indore.
Similarly, 2 flights each are being operated daily for Chennai, Lucknow, Udaipur and Dehradun. One flight each is being operated for Goa, Surat, Guwahati, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Bhopal, Belgaum, Kullu. In this winter schedule, 61 domestic flights and 7 flights to 6 foreign cities are being operated daily from Jaipur Airport to 21 cities of the country.
84 international flights will operate
Airlines like Air Asia Berhad, Etihad Airways, Thai Air Asia, Air Arabia, Air India Express, Spice Jet and Salam Air were operating 66 weekly movements (33 arrivals and 33 departures) from Jaipur International Airport till now. She is working on planning preparation to operate 84 weekly movements (42 arrivals and 42 departures) as per the approved slots for the winter schedule.
