Goh police of Aurangabad district, in joint action with STF, seized three illegal weapons and 44 cartridges and arrested one person.

SDPO Kumar Rishiraj said that on Sunday, Goh police station in-charge Sudish Kumar received information from Aurangabad STF that Nandkishore Sharma of village Alhan Parasi was keeping illegal weapons in his house.

To verify the information, Nand Kishore Sharma’s house was cordoned off and searched. During search the person was found present in the house. During the search, 3 pistols, 44 cartridges and 2 shells hidden in grain sacks were recovered. The arrested person revealed his name as Nandkishore Sharma alias Shankar Sharma.
Country made pistol, cartridge and shell were confiscated. The person caught has been arrested.
