Due to non-payment of money by the department, the financial condition of the millers is worsening. Banks are not giving loans to millers, they are not even getting interest money from the market. The mill’s electricity bill is not being paid. How will the work be done in this situation? If the government releases money, it will be easier to work. Due to lack of money, the health of the millers is deteriorating, some millers have even taken steps like suicide.

From the millers’ side, what is the impact of lifting dry paddy from paddy procurement centres? To find out this, Dainik Bhaskar’s team reached the Paddy Procurement Center of Rural Service Cooperative Society located in Bhathagaon.

DN Indoriya of paddy procurement centers said that due to non-availability of dry paddy, there is very little space left to store paddy in the centres. If millers do not transport paddy, they will have to stop purchasing in the next day or two.
