Giving information, Rohtak Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dharmendra Singh said that this week the Municipal Corporation has issued challans worth Rs 3,45,000 to 12 violators and the Municipal Corporation is taking strict action against those who violate the rules. And complaints are being filed against those who do not pay the fine.

The Municipal Corporation’s enforcement team is conducting inspections in the city and is identifying those putting up illegal hoardings, flexes, posters etc. and taking action against them. He said that in the Municipal Corporation Rohtak area, installation of hoardings and flex is allowed only on the marked sites after approval from the Municipal Corporation office.
