Accused Sahil and Nikhil are in the custody of police.
Rohtak Police has arrested two accused who snatched phones and cash. In-charge AVT Staff Inspector Anesh Kumar said that on the basis of the complaint of Vikas, resident of Kahnour, a case was registered in Kalanaur police station and investigation was started.

Investigation revealed that Vikas works as a delivery boy. On October 22, around 12:30, he came to village Ballam to place the order. Vikas was going to deliver the order to Kakrana from Ballam village. Between Ballam and Kakrana, two boys riding a bike stopped the bike in front of Vikas and took out the keys of Vikas’s bike.
The youth beat up Vikas, took out about Rs 10,000, phone and documents from his pocket and fled from the spot on their bike. On December 15, the accused Sahil resident of Sundana and Nikhil resident of Sihgwa Hisar Hall tenant Gandhi Camp Rohtak were arrested. The bike used in the crime has been recovered from the accused.
The phone and cash snatched from the accused were recovered. The accused is addicted to drugs. The accused committed the crime to consume drugs.
