According to Gangapur police station in-charge Phoolchand, Bhairulal Jat, resident of Sargaon, had married his elder son with the girl of Sohanlal Jat of village Baghera. But the marriage broke down due to discord between the two. A few days ago, at a social event, Sohanlal and his friends had a scuffle with Bhairulal.
To take revenge, Bhairulal along with his relative Prakash contacted Hari Singh, a resident of Mangrop, who had earlier been arrested in Mangrop police station for possessing illegal weapons. All three decided to attack Sohanlal with their goons between 16 and 20 December.
Sohanlal Jat is currently the President of Block Congress in Gangapur (Sahada). Fearing danger to his life, he had lodged a police report.

A few days ago, a scuffle broke out between the two at a social event. After this Bhairulal conspired to get Samadhi murdered.

After this the police started investigation. Meanwhile, a criminal was being interrogated in the police station, when he received a phone call. All five accused including Samadhi were caught Hari Singh (20) father Guman Singh Rajput resident Mangrop, Balbir Singh (20) father Nepal Singh Rajput resident Mangrop, Kalu Ahir (24) father Chunnilal resident Railmagra, Lalit (18) father Parshuram Jat resident Railmagra and Bhairulal (48) father Madhu. Lal Jat resident of Gangapur was arrested.
Gangapur police station in-charge Phoolchand, ASI Jethmal, constables Gopal Ram, Hari Ram, Radheshyam, Mukesh Kumar, Suresh Kumar, Revat Ram, Sandeep Kumar, Radheshyam were included in the police action team.
