A car hit a bike in Kapren area of Bundi on Thursday afternoon. Both the legs of the bike rider were injured in the accident. The accident occurred due to the bike taking a sudden turn.

There was a massive collision between a car and a bike near Ghumav of Kodakya village ahead of Kapren on Kota-Lalsot Mega Highway. The bike rider going towards Kota suddenly took a turn at the roundabout. Due to this, the car coming from Kota hit the bike. After the collision, the car lost its balance and due to speed it fell into the drain.
After the accident, passersby took the injured to Kapren Hospital and pulled the car rider out of the car. Bike rider Shakti Singh, resident of Bajhandali village, suffered serious injuries in both his legs. He has been referred to Kota. Later, the police reached the spot, took out the car from the drain, registered a case and started investigation. Villagers said that due to lack of signs on the highway leading to the village, there is confusion among the drivers. Due to this the possibility of an accident increases.
