Zomato’s quick-commerce arm Blinkit (Blinkit) has announced a new service for its customers. The company claims that this will make it easier for customers to return the ordered products. The company said that customers will get the facility to return or exchange shoes and clothes within just 10 minutes of delivery. The purpose of this service is to improve the shopping experience for consumers. Blinkit co-founder Albinder Dhindsa has given this information on social media platform X.
What is the purpose of this new initiative of Blinkit?
Many times customers have to return the product due to issues related to size or quality, keeping this in mind the company has announced this facility. Blinkit co-founder Albinder Dhindsa announced this feature through a post. “This solves a major problem of size concerns for categories like apparel and footwear. Returns or exchanges will be processed within 10 minutes of the request,” he said.
Dhindsa further said that this service was initially implemented in the Delhi-NCR region for several weeks. Now it has been started in big cities including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune.
