As we enter the new year, take a resolution that we will keep our memory management very good this year. The basic nature of the brain is that it can keep this knowledge within itself in large quantities. But when too much information enters it, the brain gets disturbed again. And this is where memory loss starts.

There are two things in memory management. Firstly, your brain reminds you and secondly, external resources help you, like you have an assistant or nowadays even a mobile does this work. Mobile provided convenience in reminding you but caused an internal loss.

When you remember many things based on mobile, then your memory level starts weakening. Psychologists believe that by repeating something again and again, the level of memory improves. So do two things regularly: worship and yoga. Both things are important for memory management.
