Delta Autocorp IPO Subscription status: The IPO of Delta AutoCorp Limited has received an overwhelming response from investors. The issue has been subscribed 309 times till the last day of bidding. This IPO received a total of 4.58 lakh applications from investors. In this public issue, bids were made for 93.63 crore equity shares against the offer size of 30.3 lakh shares. The company intends to raise Rs 54.60 crore through public issue. The company manufactures electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers under the Deltic brand.
All the investors showed great interest in this IPO. The portion of Non-Institutional Investors (NII) was subscribed the maximum by 625.9 times. Besides, retail investors bought 314.5 times their allotted quota. At the same time, the portion set aside for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) was subscribed 178.2 times.

On December 4, 2024, the company received a letter of intent worth ₹31 crore from D Kumar & Sales for the supply of 2000 electric garbage carts (Deltic Garbo). These carts are specially designed for waste collection.
