A shocking case has come to light in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh, where a 36-year-old woman allegedly left her husband and six children and ran away with a beggar. Husband Raju has filed a police complaint under Section 87 of the Indian Judicial Code, which relates to kidnapping of a woman. Police have registered the case and are searching for the accused.
In his complaint, 45-year-old Raju has said that he lives in Harpalpur area of Hardoi with his wife Rajeshwari and six children. He told that the 45 year old Pandit used to sometimes come to the neighborhood to beg. Little Pandit often talked to Rajeshwari and they also used to talk on phone.
Raju has said in his complaint demanding police action, “On January 3, at around 2 pm, my wife Rajeshwari told our daughter Khushboo that she was going to the market to buy clothes and vegetables. When she did not return, So I looked for her everywhere, but my wife left the house with the money she got from selling the buffalo. I suspect that the little Pandit has taken it with him.
Based on the husband’s complaint, the police have registered a case and started searching for the accused. Police station incharge said that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint, the accused will be arrested soon.
Police have said that they are now searching for Nanhe Pandit. The FIR has been registered under section 87 of BNS.
