International level sports made at a cost of Rs 44 crore complex
The indoor sports complex in Sector 32 inaugurated by Union Minister Manohar Lal has been built at a cost of Rs 44 crore. This indoor sports complex is spread over 2 acres. An Olympic level swimming pool has been built in this complex as per international standards, which is 50 meters long and 25 meters wide. It has a provision of 10 lanes. Modern technologies like heating, filtration and lighting have been installed in the swimming pool. Along with this, there is also a warm-up pool, whose size is 25 meters x 21 meters. He has given this great gift to the players across the district.

The complex has a badminton hall with 5 courts, separate shower rooms for women and men, locker rooms and hot water facilities. A gym has been specially built for children. There is a 12×11 meter hall for yoga and meditation and a separate gymnasium for cross fit. There is seating arrangement for spectators including 384 chairs. Apart from this, arrangements have also been made for three big gym halls and parking.
Cricket ground also inaugurated in Sector-9
After this, Union Minister Manohar Lal inaugurated the cricket ground built at a cost of Rs 1.75 crore in Sector-9. This ground has modern facilities including a cricket pitch. Here, separate rest rooms, washrooms, boundary walls and entry gates have been made for male and female players.

88 flats in Mahila Ashram, each flat has attached washroom and Kitchen
Finally, former CM Manohar Lal inaugurated the building of the new women’s ashram built on 0.720 acres of land in Shakti. Apart from the ground floor, a five-storey building has been built in it. The ashram has 22 2BHK flats and 66 1BHK flats. Facilities like attached washroom and kitchen have been provided in every flat.
