Many religious activities will take place in the six-day grand festival. On the first day, 6 months before the birth of the Lord, there will be pre-kriya on 10 January, Garbh Kalyanak on 11 January, birth on 12 January, penance on 13 January, knowledge on 14 January and Moksha Kalyanak on the last day on 15 January. All the programs will be organized by Shri Tatva Lahar Mahila Mandal and Sakal Digambar Jain Samaj.

Temple construction work completed
The construction of Shri Adinath Simandhar Swami Digambar Jain Temple has been completed in Ram Mohalla of the city. In the temple, 61 inch idols of Mool Nayak Lord Adinath, 51 inches of Seemandhar Swami, 51 inches of Parshvanath Swami and 9 inches of Vidhi Nayak Lord Neminath will be consecrated with rituals using mantra. Besides, the 9-inch statues of Lord Adinath, 7-inch of Lord Chandraprabha and 7-inch of Lord Mahavir Swami already enshrined in the Chaityalaya will be installed in the new temple. The construction of 36 feet Utang Manohari Maan Stambh at Shri Digambar Jain Temple ‘Rishabh Dham’ Sagod has also been completed.

Religious events regarding the Mahamahotsav have started. On Tuesday night, a bhajan evening of bhajan singers Devendra Jain (Gwalior) and Divyansh Jain (Jaipur) was organized at Amrit Kunj Hanuman Rundi. Pratisthacharya Rajni Bhai Doshi Himmatnagar, Sanjay Jewar Kota, Ajit Jain Alwar and Pt. Bhajan evening took place in the presence of Ashwin Nanavati Nogama.
First Jinavani was established, after which bhajan singer Divyaash Jain presented bhajans in the bhajan evening. People danced vigorously on the hymns. Abhiraj Ajmera, Aarti Ajmera and Vipin Jain, who came specially from America, also presented devotional songs.
