Sunteck Realty share: Sales bookings of real estate sector company Sunteck Realty increased by 40 percent to Rs 635 crore during the December quarter of the current financial year. The company is benefiting from rapid demand. The company has given this information in the exchange filing after the market closed on Friday. The company’s sales booking in the same period a year ago was Rs 455 crore. The shares of the company have fallen by 3.16 percent on Friday and the stock closed at Rs 478.90 on BSE. The market cap of the company is Rs 7,015 crore.
On a quarterly basis, Sunteck Realty’s pre-sales increased by 21.18 percent compared to Rs 524 crore in Q2FY25. Collections in Q3FY25 stood at Rs 336 crore, which is 23.29% higher than last fiscal and 25.84% higher on a quarterly basis.
Sunteck Realty’s sales bookings increased by 34 per cent to Rs 1661 crore in the April-December period of FY 2024-25. Its sales booking in the same period a year ago was Rs 1237 crore. Mumbai-based Sunteck Realty is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. The company focuses on a city-centric development portfolio of approximately 52.5 million sq ft spread across 32 projects.
Sunteck Realty shares have a 52-week high of Rs 698.35 and a 52-week low of Rs 379.90. The company’s shares have fallen by more than 5 percent in the last one month. At the same time, this stock has fallen by about 16 percent in the last 6 months. In the last one year it has given returns of only 4 percent. In the last 4 years, its investors have got only 29 percent profit.
