We also found another report by India Today which noted that the Pakistani Army raised a white flag at the LoC to retrieve bodies of two soldiers killed by the Indian Army in retaliation for unprovoked ceasefire violations on .

Conclusion: This video does not show Indian soldiers raising white flag following Operation Sindoor.
