Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s latest post has fuelled dating rumours with director Raj Nidimoru aka Raj of the Raj-DK duo. Among the bunch of photos Samantha shared online, one standout image features her with Raj and a friend. While the Citadel: Honey Bunny actress is seen clicking the selfie, the other two pose in the background. There’s another solo photo of Raj which has led fans to speculate about his and Samantha’s relationship.
Who Is Raj Nidimoru?
Best recognised as one half of the popular duo, Raj & DK, Raj Nidimoru began working with Krishna DK in 2002. Their first venture together was a short film, Shaadi. Over the years, they have delivered some acclaimed projects, including The Family Man, Farzi, Guns and Gulaabs, Shor in the City and Go Goa Gone.
Raj was born in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. He pursued his engineering studies in India and moved to the United States for further education. In collaboration with Krishna DK, Raj also co-founded D2R Films.
Moving on to his personal life, Raj is married to Shhyamali De. The couple are proud parents to a daughter.
Raj Nidimoru And Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Relationship Rumours
The rumours around Raj Nidimoru and Samantha Ruth Prabhu began swirling after the two were seen holding hands at the World Pickleball League earlier this year. The photos posted by the actress on Instagram featured her with Raj as they both enjoyed the match together. FYI, Samantha owns the pickleball team Chennai Super Champs.
Fueling the speculation, Samantha recently shared another post. The casual photo dump included film promotion shots, glimpses of behind-the-scenes moments from her maiden production venture Subham and with the crew. However, what took the Internet by storm was her picture with Raj Nidimoru.
Samantha was previously married to Naga Chaitanya. They parted ways in 2021. Naga Chaitanya tied the knot with Sobhita Dhulipala last year. The couple got married in a traditional Telugu ceremony on December 4.
