Ceigall India Shares: Seagal Northern Ayodhya bypass Private Limited, a subsidiary of Seagle India, has received a large road project to Ceigall Northern Ayodhya bypass Private Limited. The project has received this project from NHAI to veteran infrastructure company Seagal and the company gave its information on 1 July in exchange filing. This road project is ₹ 1,199.30 crore. Under this, 35.40 km long 4/6 lane Northern Ayodhya bypass is to be constructed in UP. Its impact can also be seen on the shares of Sagal India today. It closed at ₹ 271.45 with a gain of 7.02% on BSE a business day earlier. It jumped 8.77% to ₹ 275.90 in intra-day.
What kind of project has Ceigall India subsidiary?
Sagal India informed on 1 July in stock exchange filing that its subsidiary Seagal Northern Ayodhya bypass Private Limited received a letter from NHAI on 1 July 2025. In this, there is talk of giving a road project of ₹ 1,199.30 crore to the subsidiary. However, the appointed date of the project is 9 July 2025. The first part of this project includes Km 0+000 to 30+400 (NH-27’s existing km 112+540 of NH-27 and finished at 139+928 of NH-27) and second part in the south of NH-27 km 0+000 to 5+000 in the south of NH-27. This project will be done under Hybrid Annity Mode (HAM) as part of NHDP Phase-7.
