The IIFL Capital Services Limited announced on July 26, 2025 to share the IIFL Securities Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 (IIFL ESOS – 2018) to all its employees to share 1,54,160 equity share. Equity shares are at the same level with the existing equity shares from the date of allocation.
The nomination and remuneration committee of the company’s Board of Directors approved the allocation on July 26, 2025 through a circular proposal. After the allocation, the company’s equity base has increased from 309,981,059 to 310,135,219 equity shares, each of which has a face value of ₹ 2.
This notification was submitted to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
