PNB Bank: If your account is in Punjab National Bank, then you should be alert. If your account is in Punjab National Bank (PNB) and your KYC update is left, then do this work done by 8 August 2025. The bank has asked its customers to update the KYC information which must be updated by KYC by 30 June 2025.
The bank has clearly stated that if the KYC is not updated by the scheduled time, then the account can be banned. For KYC update, customers will have to submit information like identity card, address proof, recent photo, PAN or Form 60, Income Proof and Mobile Number in the bank. You can complete this process through PNB One app, internet banking or register email, postal or nearest branch. Update on time so that your account continues.
How to update KYC?
If you have to update your KYC, you can use the methods mentioned below.
Going to the bank branch – Go to your nearest PNB branch with your identity card, address proof, recent photo, PAN card/Form 60, Income Proof and mobile number (if not given before) and get KYC updated.
PNB through one app – You can update KYC online sitting at home.
From Internet Banking (IBS) – Login to PNB online banking and select KYC update option.
Through registered email or post – You can send a KYC document to your home branch.
What will happen if KYC did not update?
If customers do not get KYC updated by 8 August 2025, then they will not be able to do any transaction from their account. The bank account will be temporarily banned, so that you will neither be able to deposit money nor withdraw.

Login in PNB online banking.
Go to personal settings and check KYC status.
If the update is required, the message will be seen on the screen.
