HCL Technologies Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
HCL Tech’s consulted profit fell 9.7% to ₹ 3,843 crore on an annual basis in the June quarter, but during this time the revenue rose 8.2% to ₹ 30,349 crore. Talking at the operating level, the operating profit rose by 3.1% to ₹ 4,942 crore but the margin slipped to 17.1% to 16.3%. The company’s revenue jumped 5.4% to $ 354.5 crore in the dollar term. The company has announced an interim dividend of ₹ 12 shares on every stock. Now, in the future, in the financial year 2026, the Constant Currency Term is estimated to have 3-5% revenue growth, 3-5% services revenue growth and 17–18% of the EBIT margin.
Tata Technologies Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
Consolidated profit increased by 5.1% to ₹ 170.3 crore in the June quarter, another income also jumped from ₹ 23 crore to ₹ 63.6 crore. However, during this period, the company’s revenue fell 2% to ₹ 1,244.3 crore, EBIT slipped 16.2% to ₹ 168.8 crore and the margin slipped from 15.87% to 13.57%.
In the June quarter, the profit of rally India increased by 98% to ₹ 95 crore, revenue 22.2% jumped to ₹ 957 crore, operating profit increased by 56.3% to ₹ 150 crore and margin from 12.26% to 15.67%.

Deepak Fertilizers have made a long-term agreement with Petronet LNG for the Regassification of LPG. This contract is ₹ 1,200 crore, which includes additional expenses of 20% during the contract period.

RailTel has received a work order of ₹ 264.07 crore for Kavach from East Central Railway.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries
Sun Pharma Industries has signed the Settlement and License Agreement with Insight Corporation. It is in relation to a trial associated with Leqselvi (Durxolitinib). After this agreement, Sun Pharma has now announced the launch of Leqselvi in the US. This drug is used in adults in the treatment of a serious disease related to hair loss alopecia.

The Government of India has appointed R Dorawami as CEO and MD of LIC for three years effective from July 14.
The Committee of Creditors has approved the Committee of Creditors’ Samadhan Scheme of Consortium of Oberoi Realty, Mr. Naman Developers and JM Financial Property and Holdings under the Corporate Insolvency Procedure (CIRP) of Hotel Horizon. The consortium of Hotel Horizon will be acquired for ₹ 919 crore. The hotel has 7500 square meters of land in Juhu, Mumbai.
Mason Walws India has received an order of submarine fuel system of ₹ 46.26 lakh from Majgaon Dock Shipbuilders.
Power Meh Projects received an order of ₹ 498.39 crore from SJVN Thermal (P) in Buxar, Bihar. This order is for commissioning support and operational and maintenance (O&M) of Buxar Thermal Power Project (2 x 660 MW). Apart from this, the company has received an order of ₹ 52.96 crore from NTPC’s joint venture Jhabua Power, which is for O&M of 1 X 600 M units, turbine and generator of 1 x 600 m units in Cioni, Madhya Pradesh.

Leading Light Fund VCC-Trimph Fund has sold 68.2 lakh shares of Parshwanath Developers at a price of ₹ 23.17 per share.
Ambit Wealth has bought 57.25 lakh units of TVS Infrastructure Trust at a price of ₹ 100.56 per unit, while Larsen & Toubro has sold 6 million units at the same price.
