It is being said that on July 5, a great destructive disaster may come in Japan – perhaps a Mahabhoka or Mahasunami. People are canceling their visit to Japan, rumors and speculation are fast on social media and stories of conspiracies are also emerging.
The date of death was already written?
This prediction has not come from any social media post or YouTube video, but is associated with a 2021 Manga (comic) – “The Future I Saw”. It is written by Japan’s mysterious prophet Ryo Tatsuki, also known as “Baba Venga of Japan”.
The most scary thing is that Tatsuki predicted the 1995 Kobe Earthquake and the 2011 Tohoku tsunami in his Manga years ago, and the two events proved to be true. Now the same manga is warning of destruction of Japan on 5 July 2025.

This scary prediction got even more reality when a 5.5 magnitude earthquake occurred on Tarakara Island in Japan on 3 July. This happened exactly two days before that “Mahavinash”, which was warned.
Manga states that a large crack will open under the sea between Japan and the Philippines, which will raise three times a big tsunami – a disastrous with the tsunami of 2011.
Now scientists have confirmed slow-slip economy (deep earthquakes) in the same area. These earthquakes do not appear from above, but increasing tension in tectonic plates below may be a sign of large explosion.
Will history repeat yourself?
The Nanakai Trfe, which is one of the most dangerous seismic regions of Japan, has come there every 100–200 years. The last time it came in 1946, which was between 8.1 and 8.4.
In 2011, Japan suffered the most powerful earthquake of 9.1 magnitude. It met with a tsunami and thousands of lives, loss of billions of dollars.
Now the earthquake panel of the Government of Japan estimates that in the next 30 years, there is 82% likely that the Nanakai trough will have an earthquake of 7.0 or more intensity. This apprehension was the first 75%, which has now increased.
Japan’s Earthquake Research Committee estimates that if such an earthquake occurs, it can kill 2,98,000 people and could suffer a financial loss of more than $ 2 trillion.
So is the day of doom on 5 July?
Nobody knows whether this prediction will be fulfilled or not. But the previous records, scientific warnings, and the exact predictions of Baba Venga together are creating a scary reality like a thriller film.
