The Board of Directors of DCX Systems Limited approved Gopinath Vedprakash to appoint an additional full -time director of the company from September 1, 2025, under the approval of shareholders. The board also noted the resignation of Diwakaraiya NJ, who resigned from the post of Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on 31 August 2025.

Shri Diwakaraya NJ’s resignation
Mr. Diwakaraya NJ, who has DIN: 00427317, resigned on 31 July, 2025, which will be effective from the time of trading closure on August 31, 2025. The DCX system will appoint a new Chief Financial Officer and report it to the stock exchanges.
Appointment of Shri Gopinath Vedprakash
Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Relations Committee, the board approved the appointment of Shri Gopinath Vedprakash (DIN: 11241863) from September 1, 2025 as an additional full -time director. This appointment is under the approval of shareholders.
Shri Gopinath Vedprakash has a 37 -year experience of business development, manufacturing operations and technical expertise in the electronics industry, which provides services to defense, aerospace, space, industrial and transportation vertical. Before joining the DCX systems, he worked as Head-Business Development and Government Relations, Weapons, Sensors, Satellite and Head-International Business Development, Land Mobility at Tata Advanced Systems Limited. Earlier, he spent India Electronics Limited (BEL), Bangalore 7 years, followed by Segate Technology International, 2 years in Singapore and 23 years in various leadership positions in St.m Electronics.
Shri Gopinath Vedprakash does not belong to any other director of the company and is not deprived of any SEBI order or any other authority to take over as Director.
