Goldim International raised ₹ 202.05 crore through QIP - Goldim International Raises Rs 202 05 Crore Via QIP


Goldim International Ltd announced an allotment of 61,22,722 equity shares through the qualified Institutes Placement (QIP), including ₹ 202.05 crore. This issue opened on August 18, 2025 and trading in the stock market stopped on the same day.

According to the issue, the company’s Fund Resouring Committee approved the issue and allotment of 61,22,722 equity stocks to qualified qualified institutional buyers at the issue of ₹ 330 per equity share (including premium of ₹ 328 per equity share), which is a total of ₹ 202.05 crore.

The issue was ₹ 330 per share, which included a premium of ₹ 328 per share. This price included a discount of ₹ 16.99 equal to 4.90 percent of the floor price prescribed by SEBI ICDR regulation.

The company’s paid equity share capital ₹ 2 has increased from 10,67,95,122 equity shares to ₹ 21.35 crore to ₹ 22.58 crore, including ₹ 11,29,17,844 equity shares.
