Hindustan Unilever Limited has announced Priya Nair to appoint the managing director and CEO of the company from August 1, 2025. This appointment approved by the board of directors is for five years, which will end on July 31, 2030, and will replace Rohit Java.
The board will take the consent of the members for appointment through postal ballot. By August 22, 2025, members listed in the list of register or beneficial owners are eligible to vote on the proposal.
