LG Balakrishnan & Bros has announced a dividend of ₹ 20 per equity share for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025. The announcement was made during the 69th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on August 21, 2025.
In the AGM done through video conferencing, Mr. B.K. Many Chief Directors, members and stakeholders were present, including Vijaykumar (Executive Chairman) and Mr. P. Prabhakaran (Managing Director). Several proposals were discussed in the meeting, including adopting financial results and re -appointment of directors.

The meeting was held through video conferencing, in which Senior General Manager (Legal) and Company Secretary Mr. M. Laxmi Kant Joshi played an important role. The shareholders were given an opportunity to vote electronically and the results will be announced within the stipulated time.
The 69th AGM proceedings ended at 12:09 pm (IST) and the facility of e-voting to vote for members was extended for 15 minutes.
