Looyds Engineering Works Limited held its 31st annual general meeting (AGM) on August 21, 2025, which announced the final dividend for the Financial Year ended on 31 March 2025. The board approved 25 per cent for paid-up shares and 12.5 per cent for paid-up shares.
In addition to the announcement of dividend, reconstruction was approved as Non-Executive Director of Shri Rajasekhar Mallikarjun Alegavi. The appointment of Mrs. Alka Upadhyay and Mr. Ashok Tandon as independent directors was also approved during the meeting.
