Olectra Greentech Limited has announced that its 25th annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 via Video Conference (VC) and other audio-visual means (OAVM) at 1:00 pm.
During the board meeting held on August 25, 2025, the directors approved the appointment of Messrs VCSR & Associates as Secretary -Auditor for five consecutive years, following the approval of shareholders at the upcoming AGM.
Members’ register for the 25th annual general meeting will be closed from September 21, 2025 to September 27, 2025. The e-voting will be available from September 24, 2025 (09:00 am) to 26 September, 2025 (05:00 pm). The cut-off or record date for AGM has been set on September 20, 2025.
Messrs VCSR & Associates, which was established in 2014 and is headquartered in Hyderabad, has been served as Secretarial Auditor since 2019. The appointment of Messrs VCSR & Associates includes the conclusion of the 25th annual general meeting to the conclusion of the 30th annual general meeting in the financial year 2030 (ie, the financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30), five consecutive years, which is subject to the approval of shareholders in the AGM.
