R Systems International Limited has signed a certain agreement for the acquisition of Novigo Solutions. Novigo specializes in Solutions, Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) development and intelligent automation services. Cash of ₹ 400 crore will be paid for this transaction, as well as stock will also be paid on the basis of future Ebitda. The acquisition will make a global digital product engineering services powerhouse with a revenue of ₹ 2,060 crore (about $ 24 million) and Ebitda worth ₹ 380 crore (about $ 4.5 million).
This acquisition integrates Optimaal Suite of R Systems with Uipath Diamond-Tier Automation Practice and Microsoft Copylot Center of Excellence. This will help R Systems to expand its offer in rapidly growing Middle East region and achieve delivery appearance in Tier 2 cities such as Bengaluru and Mangalore.
