Carborundum Universal has announced the allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) scheme.
The Company has allotted 3,000 Equity Shares of Rs 1/- each on October 9, 2025 in exercise of the stock options granted to the Option Grantees under the Company’s ESOP Plan 2016.
As a result of this allotment, the number of outstanding equity shares is 19,04,40,988 and the paid-up equity share capital is ₹19,04,40,988.
