
Shares of Mahindra Logistics have released a notification regarding the ‘Empowered Investor – 100 Days Campaign’ launched by the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. This campaign will run from 28 July 2025 to 6 November 2025.
The Company is sending notifications to shareholders, encouraging them to update their KYC information and participate in the campaign to claim unpaid/unclaimed dividend declared for the financial year 2017-18. These notifications are being sent through email to shareholders with registered email IDs and through physical letters to those without registered email IDs.

Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends for the financial years 2017-18 to 2024-25 are requested to claim their unpaid/unclaimed dividends as soon as possible by correctly registering their PAN, bank account number, IFSC, e-mail ID, mobile number, postal address and nomination preference with their Depository Participant. If not, they should submit self-attested copies of valid documents to the Depository Participant to get their records updated.
Shareholders are also advised to review their dividend history to check if any dividends are outstanding with the company or have been transferred to the IEPF. If unclaimed dividends remain with the company, shareholders should update their records and claim them.

If unpaid/unclaimed dividends/shares have been transferred to the IEPF authority, the shareholders can claim the same by applying online in Form IEPF-5 as per IEPF rules. The claim filing process is available on the IEPF and Company websites.
