There was a sudden slump in tomato prices

Vegetables are also grown in Sabarkantha district and the vegetables are exported to other states and borders. This time the sudden drop in tomato prices does not even reach the market. Because, losses were seen in tomato cultivation due to unseasonal rains, storms and natural calamities. Along with this, the production has also increased suddenly, so that the price of tomato is currently at rock bottom. 60 thousand per bigha in tomato cultivation

In this, the cost of Moghadat seeds, medicines, labor costs and the cost of transporting it to the market causes a huge loss to the farmers. Then traders in the market are not ready to take this crop. Farmers are selling tomatoes by going door to door. Now farmers are also thinking of feeding tomatoes to animals.

પોરબંદર જિલ્લા શહેર યુથ કોગ્રેસ અને સામાજિક આગેવાનો ગૌ રક્ષકો દ્વારા આજે મોટી સંખ્યામાં કોંગ્રેસની આગેવાનીમા પોરબંદર છાંયા નગરપાલિકાના ચીફ ઓફિસરને ઉગ્ર રજૂઆત કરવામાં આવી હતી. પોરબંદર છાંયા નગરપાલિકા સંચાલિત ઓડદર સ્થિત ગૌ શાળામાં પશુઓ સિંહ-દિપડાના શિકાર થયા હતા અને વધુ પશુઓના શિકાર ન થાય તે માટે વહેલી તકે ગૌ શાળામાં દીવાલ ઊંચી બનાવવામા આવે અને દીવાલની ફરતે ફેન્સિંગ લગાવામાં આવે તેને લઇને પાલિકા કચેરી ખાતે કોંગ્રેસના આગેવાનો દ્વારા ચીફ ઓફિસરને રજૂઆત કરવામા આવી હતી.

જેના જવાબમાં પાલિકાના ચિફઓફીસર દ્વારા એવું કહેવામાં આવ્યું હતુ કે, આ અંગે જનરલ બોર્ડમાં ઠરાવ કરવામા આવશે. કોગ્રેસ પક્ષના પાંચેય સુધરાઇ સભ્યોની સર્ક્યુલર ઠરાવ કરવા અંગે બાહેધરી આપી છતાં નગરપાલિકાએ મંજૂરી ન આપી. ત્યારે આગેવાનોએ જણાવ્યુ હતુ કે, મોટા નેતાઓના આગમન સમયે રાતો-રાત રસ્તાઓ બની જાય છે. ત્યારે કેમ જનરલ બોર્ડની જરૂર નથી પડતી. અનેક ચર્ચાઓ પછી વૈકલ્પિક જગ્યાએ ગાયોને સ્થળાંતર કરવા ખાત્રી આપવામાં આવી હતી. ગાયોના સ્થળાંતર મુદ્દે કરવામાં આવેલા રજૂઆતને લઇને યુથ કોંગ્રેસના હોદ્દેદારો અને સામાજીક અને ગૌ પ્રેમીઓ દ્વારા ચીફ ઓફિસરનો આભાર માનવામા આવ્યો હતો.

રાજપીપળામાં બે ઘટના પ્રકાશમાં આવી હતી. જ્યાં એક કિસ્સામાં પોલીસે ડેડીયાપાડા વિસ્તારમાંથી 2 વર્ષ પૂર્વે ગુમ થયેલા સગીરને ભાવનગરના પાલીતાણામાંથી શોધી કાઢીને તેના પિતાને સોંપ્યો હતો. તો બીજી બાજુ નાંદોદ તાલુકાના ગાગર ગામેથી ઘરના વાડામાંથી ગેરકાયદેસર દેશી હાથ બનાવટની બંધૂક સાથે એક ઈસમને ઝડપી પાડી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી હતી.

2 વર્ષ પહેલાં ગુમ થયેલો કીશોર પાલીતાણાથી મળી આવ્યો
પોલીસ ઇન્સ્પેક્ટર એલ.સી.બી. દ્વારા નર્મદા જિલ્લાના ગુમ થયેલા બાળકો તથા વ્યક્તિઓની શોધખોળ કરવા કેસ ડાયરીઓનો અભ્યાસ કરતા હતા અને શકદારોની પુછપરછ કરતાં તેમજ ખાનગી બાતમીદાર મારફતે તેમજ ટેક્નીકલ સર્વેલન્સ આઘારે તપાસમાં હતા. તે દરમિયાન માહીતી મળી હતી કે, ડેડીયાપાડા પો.સ્ટે. વિસ્તારમાં એક કિશોર સ્કુલે ગયેલો અને પરત ઘરે આવેલો ન હતો. છેલ્લા બે વર્ષથી ગુમ થયેલા કિશોરને ભાવનગર જિલ્લાના પાલીતાણા ખાતે હોવાની ચોક્કસ બાતમી આધારે એલ.સી.બી. ટીમને ભાવનગર જિલ્લા ખાતે મોકલી પાલીતાણા ખાતેથી સદર ગુમ થયેલા કિશોરને શોધી કાઢી તેમના પિતા ગવાલીયાભાઇને સોંપી આગળની જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવી.

ગેરકાયદેસર હથિયાર ધરાવતો ઈસમ ઝડપાયો
પ્રાપ્ત માહિતી અનુસાર, પ્રશાંત સુંબે પોલીસ અધિક્ષક નર્મદા દ્વારા જિલ્લામાં એસ.ઓ.જી.ના ચાર્ટર મુજબની કામગીરી કરવા તેમજ ગેરકાયદેસર હથિયાર રાખતાં, વેચાણ કરતાં ઇસમો શોધી કાઢવા. આવા ગે.કા. હથિયાર ધરાવતા ઈસમો વિરૂધ્ધ કાયદેસર જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી તેમજ આ પ્રકારે ચાલતી અસામાજીક પ્રવૃતિઓને સંપૂર્ણપણે નાબુદ કરવા માર્ગદર્શન અને સુચના આપી હતી. જે અંગે પરિણામલક્ષી કામગીરી કરવા મળેલી બાતમી આધારે કબજા ભોગવટાનાં રહેણાંક ઘરના વાડામાં એક જગ્યા પરથી એક દેશી હાથ બનાવટની સીંગલ બેરલ બંદુક કિં. રૂ. 1000 /- ના મુદ્દામાલ સાથે ઝડપી પાડી આમલેથા પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં આર્મ્સ એક્ટ મુજબનો ગુનો નોંધી કાયદેસર કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવી છે.

Shocking statistics of malnourished babies born in the past eleven months have come to light at the Smimmer Hospital. The figure came out in response to a question put to the board by Mahesh Anaghan, along with members of the Smeemer Hospital Committee and AAP’s city worker Rachna Hirpara.

Allegation of non-benefit of the scheme

According to statistics on malnourished children, 2284 malnourished children were born from November 1, 2021 to October 30, 2022. Out of which 165 underdeveloped children died at birth and 128 children died after treatment. Not only this, it has been alleged that pregnant women are not getting the benefits of the ‘Sagarbha Mahila Yojana’, which is available to the state government, behind the birth of malnourished children.

Showed readiness to write a letter to the Prime Minister

Apart from this, according to the committee members, 7236 children were born in the Smeer Hospital run by the Municipal Corporation from November 1, 2021 to October 30, 2022. Apart from this, both the members alleged that the number of malnourished children is not being properly benefited from the state government’s schemes for pregnant women.
