A girl from Rajkot was taken to a hotel by a heretic from Ahmedabad and raped

Rajkot: Another case of love jihad has taken place in the state. This time there has been a case of a non-religious young man from Ahmedabad taking a girl from Rajkot to a hotel and raping her after ensnaring her in a friendship trap. The investigation is revealing that a man named Zubin Shamimkhan Pathan of Juhapura has made life hell for other girls before. A deep investigation has been started by the police in this matter, in which the possibility of some more explanations is being expressed.

A complaint has been registered against Zubin Shamim Khan Pathan, a resident of Alsagar Apartment in Juhapura, Ahmedabad, who raped a 30-year-old girl originally from Jamnagar and currently residing in Rajkot after ensnaring her in his love trap.

The identity of the girl was identified in the year 2018 while working in Ahmedabad, they exchanged each other’s numbers as the contact between them increased. The complaint stated that the girl used to hang out with Zubeen, who became her friend in the group, in the year 2019, she quit her job and came to Rajkot to prepare for the exam and even then Zubeen was in touch.

In November 2021, when Zubin Shamim Khan went to Pathan Rajkot, he approached the girl and lured her to a hotel on the city’s 150-foot ring road. Here he forcibly had physical relations with the girl.

Zubin also took photos and videos while having physical relations with the girl. After this, the girl lost contact with him. On the other hand, the heretic youth also started threatening to make the girl’s personal photo-video viral and send it to her family. After receiving a complaint to the Rajkot police in this matter, the police have started an investigation. It also revealed that the young man had divorced his previous partner, and then married a Hindu girl and made the fourth girl’s life hell.

Apart from this, the police are investigating in detail whether any other girl has been victimized by Zuben Pathan.

આ કેસની મળતી માહિતી મુજબ મુળ પાટણનાં બાલીસણાના વતની અને હાલ મુંબઇનાં ભીવંડી ખાતે રહેતા કાંતિભાઇ પ્રાગજીભાઇ પટેલ આરોપી બિલ્ડર મુકેશભાઇ મેવાડા (સુથાર) પાસેથી પાટણની ટી.પી.-1 વિસ્તારમાં બે ફ્લેટની ખરીદીનાં મામલે પૈસાની લેવડ દેવડ 2018નાં અરસામાં થઇ હતી. જે અંગે મુકેશભાઇએ રૂા. 60 લાખના ચેક ફરિયાદી કાંતિભાઇને આપેલા. જે તેમણે પોતાનાં ખાતામાં જમા કરાવતાં આરોપીનાં ખાતામાં અપૂરતા નાણાંના અભાવે ચેક પાછા ફર્યા હતા.

જે અંગે ફરિયાદીએ પોતાના વકીલ પંકજ બી. વેલાણી મારફત પાટણની જ્યુડીસીયલ કોર્ટમાં નેગોસિયેબલ ઇન્સ્ટ્રુમેન્ટ એક્ટની કલમ 138 મુજબ ફરિયાદ દાખલ કરી હતી.જે કેસ પાટણની કોર્ટનાં મેજિસ્ટ્રેટ પ્રિયંકાલાલની કોર્ટમાં ચાલી જતાં તેમણે બંને પક્ષોની રજુઆતો ધ્યાને લઇને આરોપીને ઉપરોક્ત સજા ફટકારી હતી.

નખત્રાણા તાલુકાના ઉખેડા ગામની ગૌચર જમીનમાંથી લાખો ટન માટીની ખનીજ ચોરી કરવામાં આવી હોવાની ફરિયાદ ખુદ ગામના સરપંચે કરતા ચકચાર મચી ગઇ છે. ઉખેડા ગામની ઉત્તર દિશામાં ઉખેડા ગામને કાદીયા અને રસલીયા ગામને જોડતી ગૌચર જમીન આવેલી છે કુલ 460 એકર જેટલી ગૌચર જમીનમાં છેલ્લા કેટલાક સમયથી આયોજનબદ્ધ રીતે માટીની ચોરી કરવામાં આવી હોવાની ફરિયાદ કરવામાં આવી છે.ગામના સરપંચ તુષારગીરી વિશ્રામગીરી ગોસ્વામીએ જણાવ્યું કે,આ જમીન પશુના ચરિયાણ માટે ઉપયોગમાં લેવાય છે પણ છેલ્લા કેટલાક સમયથી ભૂમાફિયાઓ દ્વારા ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે મોટા પાયે માટીનું ખનન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

ઉખેડા ગામની ગૌચર જમીન પર મોટા પાયે ગેરકાયદેસર ખનન કરીને તેમાંથી માટી પથ્થરો ઉપાડવામાં આવ્યા છે જેના કારણે જમીન પર તળાવ જેવા મોટા ખાડાઓ પડી ગયા છે.અગાઉ આ જમીન સમથળ હતી જંગલી પ્રાણીઓ અને ગામના પશુઓને ઘાસચારા માટે ઉપયોગમાં આવતી હતી પણ ગેરકાયદેસર ખનનના કારણે જમીનમાં અનેક જગ્યાએ ખાડાઓ થઈ ગયા હોવાથી પશુઓ માટે પણ જમીન બિનઉપયોગી બની છે.આ બાબતે મામલતદાર અને નખત્રાણા પીઆઇને રજુઆત કરવામાં આવી છે.

જેમાં ગામની ગૌચર જમીનના સર્વે નંબર 375 માં ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે ખનન કરીને લાખો ટન માટીની ખનીજ ચોરી કરનારા ખનનમાફિયાઓ સામે કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી કરવાની માંગણી કરવામાં આવી છે.તંત્રના જવાબદારોએ તપાસ કરીને કાર્યવાહી કરવાનો નિર્દેશ આપ્યો હતો.

If the infestation is high, use insecticides. In which Amamectin Benzoate 5 SG 8 g or Chlorantrenilipol 18.5 SG 5 ml or Thiodicarb 75 % wettable powder 30 g in 15 liters of water should be sprayed.
