In which the usurer met the granddaughter of the person who borrowed money in public and said, ‘If you don’t want to return the money taken on interest, then you should come with your Nananda who is coming at night.’

A 21-year-old woman has filed a complaint at B Division Police Station in Rajkot city. In which she said, ‘She went to get milk near the house around five o’clock in the evening. While returning with milk, Pappu Makwana, who lives in Mahatma Gandhi plot area, came to me and told me that I gave 30,000 rupees to your grandfather-in-law today. I currently need Rs 20,000 please give me. In response to which I said that I am not aware that my grandfather-in-law has taken money. Saying this, Pappu Makwana got excited and started flirting by holding my hand. Not stopping at this, he told me that if you don’t want to give the money taken on interest, then you should come with your Nananda at night. Sometimes the frightened bride reached home crying and told her Nananda what had happened to her.’

The ground shifted from the feet of the family members

Hearing the words of Bhojai, the ground moved from the feet of the family members. Then Nananda also admitted that she was a victim of Pappu. Nanand told Bhojai that, ‘Pappu Makwana also met me. He also threatened me and told me that if there is no money, come to my house at night and I will forgive all the money.’

વિજયનગર તાલુકાના અસ્થિર મગજના બિલડીયા ગામના યુવાનનો મૃતદેહ બિનવારસી હાલતમાં વણજ ડેમમાંથી મળી આવતા વિસ્તારમાં ચકચાર ફેલાઇ હતી. જોકે મૃતકનો મૃતદેહ બિલડીયા ગામના અસ્થિર મગજના યુવાનનો હોવાનુ તપાસ દરમિયાન બહાર આવ્યું હતુ. અસ્થિર મગજના યુવાનને પોતાના સગા ભાઇને બચકુ ભરવા જતા ભાઇએ લાકડી વડે માર મારતા અસ્થિર મગજના યુવાનનુ મોત નિપજયુ હતુ. જેનો મૃતદેહ તેના ભાઇએ વણજ ડેમમાં નાખી દીધી હોવાનું માલુમ પડતા હત્યાના બનાવ અંગે નવો વળાંક આવ્યો હતો. જેમાં મૃતક અસ્થિર મગજના યુવાનની પત્નીએ વિજયનગર પોલીસ મથકમાં પોતાના દિયર વિરુદ્ધ ફરિયાદ નોંધાવતા પોલીસે ગુનો નોંધી તપાસ હાથ ધરી છે.

1લી જાન્યુઆરીના રોજ વિજયનગર પોલીસને વણજ ગામના કાળાજી ખરાડીની બિનવારસી મૃતદેહ વણજ ડેમમાંથી મળી આવી હતી. જેથી વિજયનગર પી.એસ.આઈ. એ.બી.ચૌધરીએ મૃતક યુવાનના મૃતદેહના ફોટાના આધારે તપાસ હાથ ધરી હતી. તપાસ દરમિયાન મૃતક યુવાન બિલડિયા ગામનો મહેન્દ્રસિંહ રમણસિંહ ખરાડી હોવાનું માલુમ પડયુ હતુ. જેથી પોલીસે મૃતક મહેન્દ્રસિંહના ઘરે જઇ તેની પત્ની નિર્મળાબેનને મૃતકનો ફોટો બતાવ્યો હતો. જેથી નિર્મળાબેને આ મૃતદેહ તેના પતિ મહેન્દ્રસિંહનો હોવાનું જણાવ્યું હતુ. પોલીસે મૃતકના પોસ્ટમોર્ટમ બાદ ફોરેન્સિક વિભાગમાં મોકલી આપવામાં આવતા તબીબો દ્વારા મૃતકને માથામાં લાકડીઓ વડે માર મારવામાં આવ્યો હોવાથી તેનુ મોત નિપજયુ હોવાનુ જણાવ્યું હતુ. જેથી મૃતકની મૃતદેહ પી.એમ. રીપોર્ટના આધારે અસ્થિર મગજના મહેન્દ્રસિંહ રમણસિંહ ખરાડીની હત્યા થઇ હોવાનુ માલુમ પડ્યું હતુ.

મૃતકના અગ્ની સંસ્કાર બાદ મહેન્દ્રસિંહની પત્ની નિર્મળાબેને પુછપરછ કરતા તેની સાસુ પુષ્પાબેને જણાવ્યુ હતુ કે, ગત 24મી તારીખે તુ તારા પિયર ઓલાન માહુડા ગામે ગઈ હતી. તે દરમિયાન મહેન્દ્રસિંહ તેના નાના ભાઇ મનોજને અચાનક અસ્થિર મગજ હોવાના કારણે ડૂચા ભરવા ગયો હતો. જેથી મનોજે લાકડી વડે માર મારતા અચાનક લાકડી મહેન્દ્રસિંહ ખરાડીના માથામાં વાગી હતી. જેથી તે બેભાન થઇ ગયો હતો અને મનોજે તેને ગાડીમાં લઇ દવાખાને લઇ ગયો હતો. જોકે પાંચેક દિવસ બાદ મનોજ ઘરે આવતા માતા પુષ્પાબેને મહેન્દ્રસિંહ અંગેની પુછપરછ કરતા મનોજે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, મહેન્દ્રસિંહને લાકડી વાગવાથી તેનુ મોત નિપજ્યુ હતુ. જેના કારણે તે ખુબ ગભરાઇ ગયો હતો અને તે તેણે મૃતદેહ વણજ ડેમમાં નાંખી દીધી હોવાનું જણાવ્યુ હતુ. આમ મહેન્દ્રસિંહની હત્યા તેના સગા ભાઇ મનોજે કરી હોવાનુ માલુમ પડતા મૃતક મહેન્દ્રસિંહની પત્ની નિર્મળાબેને પોતાના પતિની હત્યા કરનાર દિયર મનોજ રમણસિંહ ખરાડી વિરુદ્ધ વિજયનગર પોલીસ મથકમાં ફરિયાદ નોંધાવતા પોલીસે ગુનો નોંધી વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરી છે.

ASM Revenue Committee Chairman Jainik Vakil has been forced to write to the Commissioner for the investigation report on the tax scam that took place in March. Despite making a written request to the officer thrice as to where the investigation report of the tax scam that took place eight months ago has reached, no response is being received. So have once again written a letter to the commissioner. So it has become a topic of discussion in the ASM premises that the officers of the authorities do not clash.

Wrote reminder letter thrice

ASM Revenue Committee Chairman Jainik Vakil said that the tax scam took place in the months of March and April 2022. A complaint has also been registered. Although eight months have passed, even today no update on the investigation of the incident has been given by the administrative department. Having to write a reminder letter three times. Even though eight months have passed since this incident, no proper action has been taken.

What was the whole scandal?

It is to be noted that, last March-April, a huge scam of AMC tax department was revealed. There was an online scam of paying tax without paying money in ASM. Cybercrime also complained to AMC following the scam. Following this incident, the AMC tax department suffered a loss of 2.39 crores. In it, 239 tax bills were falsified by using the password of a woman employee of the tax department who was on leave. The scam was done using ID and password of two female employees. In which the tax of the Ahmedabad Metropolitan Municipality was deposited but the money was not deposited in the coffers of the ASM, a scam came to light.

A scam of crores of rupees was perpetrated

Road scams and health department scams keep happening in AMC. But now a huge online scam was exposed in the tax department as well. Online transactions have been done using the ID and password of the women employees of AMC. In preliminary investigation, 239 people zeroed their tax accounts without paying AMC money. As a result, ASM suffered a loss of 2.39 crores. Khokhra councilor Kamleshbhai Patel himself became the victim of the scam. The malpractice was committed in the same property which was purchased by the sale. The Deputy Commissioner of the South Zone Division and the Tax Officer made a written submission and informed about the malpractice. Then the whole scam came out. An employee named Rahul of a private agency committed fraud with money.

લારી ધારક શાકભાજીના વેપારીઓમાં ભારે રોષ
મોડાસા પાલિકા દ્વારા જાહેર રસ્તા પર કરાયેલા દબાણો બાબતે અનેક વખત લારી ગલ્લા અને પાથરણા વાળાઓને દબાણો દૂર કરવા સૂચના આપી છે. પરંતુ કોઈએ પાલિકાની સૂચનાને ધ્યાને લીધી નથી. પરિણામે શહેરના નવજીવન ચોક, બસ સ્ટેશન વિસ્તાર અને મોડાસા ચાર રસ્તાથી નવા બસ સ્ટેશન સુધી આવતા તમામ લારી વાળાઓ સામે આજે પાલિકાએ લાલ આંખ કરી હતી. તમામ લારીઓને હડસેલી મુકતા લારીઓ ઊંઘી થઈ હતી અને તેમનું શાકભાજી જાહેર માર્ગ પર ઢોળાયું હતું. જેથી રખડતા પશુઓને પણ જાણે લીલા શાકભાજી આરોગવાની મજા પડી હતી. આમ, ટ્રાફિક નિવારવા માટે લારીઓને ધક્કા મારતા લારીઓના શાકભાજી રસ્તે ઢોળાતા પશુઓને લઈ ટ્રાફિક સમસ્યા ઘટવાને બદલે વધી હતી. ત્યારે લારી ધારક શાકભાજીના વેપારીઓમાં ભારે રોષ જોવા મળ્યો હતો.

Bhupendra Patel approved 64 projects worth 334 crores

Gujarat: Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel conducted a comprehensive review of the state’s holy pilgrimage master plan by holding a high-level meeting in Gandhinagar. In this review meeting organized by the Gujarat Holy Pilgrimage Development Board, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel got pertinent information about the progress and future planning of various development works of 8 holy pilgrimage sites, 28 other important pilgrimage centers and 358 government-owned temples of the state. Tourism-Pilgrimage Secretary Harit Shukla and Pavitra Yatradham Development Board Secretary Rawal briefed the Chief Minister about the activities of the Yatradham Development Board through an elaborate presentation.

26 works in progress at a cost of Rs 152.55 crore

Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Kailasanathan participated in this meeting. Development projects worth Rs 334 crore have been approved in 64 pilgrimage centers of the state. Among them, 26 works are in progress at a cost of Rs 152.55 crore. Also according to the approval received for 38 works Rs. 177.80 crore works are under progress at various stages. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel was further informed in this review meeting that comprehensive development master planning of Ambaji, Dwarka, Pavagadh, Bahucharaji, Mata Madh, Madhavpur Krishna-Rukmani pilgrimage sites in the state has been undertaken. Development works worth 32 crores will be done on the death of mother

According to the concept of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, temples have been built around the Gabbar of 51 Shaktipeeth stations in the holy pilgrimage site of Ambaji. The three-day Parikrama Mohotsav of these 51 Shaktipeeths will also be held in the coming days. Along with this, a detailed outline of the development work of the first phase of Kantharpur historical wad worth Rs 6 crore, development work worth Rs 48 crore in Madhavpur, development work worth Rs 32 crore at Matana Madh was also given in this meeting. The initiative to save electricity costs by lighting pilgrimages with solar energy has been done in Gujarat. It has such system in operation in 349 religious places.

The government started development works in religious places

It is to be mentioned that, as a result of this, electricity cost of Rs 3 crore is saved annually, it was also stated in the meeting. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel also suggested in this meeting for high end cleanliness for the purpose of maintaining 24×7 cleanliness in pilgrimages. So far 1 lakh 18 thousand pilgrims have benefited from the Shravan Tirtha Darshan Yojana, which the state government has started to provide the benefit of darshan of various pilgrimage places to the senior citizens. Its details were also presented in the meeting.

Gandhinagar: The Congress has accused the government of discrepancies in the statistics of rape incidents in the state. Gujarat Pradesh Congress spokesperson Parthivarajsinh Kathwadia held a press conference and attacked the government, saying that the Centre’s rhetoric of ‘Beti Bachao’ and the Gujarat BJP government’s statistics of rape and gang rape presented in the Legislative Assembly and Lok Sabha reveal shocking discrepancies. Discrepancy in Central and State Government response

In Lok Sabha, 2721 cases of rape and 26 cases of gang rape were reported by the central government in the two years of 2020 and 2021. Thus, both the offenses have been shown to be lesser than the Gujarat Assembly.

Who is lying?

The discrepancy in the statistics of rape and gang rape in Gujarat in the Legislative Assembly and Lok Sabha shows that either the central government or the Gujarat government is lying. When the BJP is running lies talking about a government of trust, where can the citizens of Gujarat and the country trust with false statistics? Let the BJP decide whether Gujarat State Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi has shown wrong figures in the Legislative Assembly or the country’s Home Minister Amit Bhai Shah has shown wrong figures in the Lok Sabha? Action should be taken against anyone who has given wrong figures from center and home department of Gujarat.

Demanded the liar’s resignation

A Home Minister who gives false figures in the Assembly or Lok Sabha on moral grounds should resign immediately. Ahmedabad: Gujarat Assembly General Elections are over. The letter states that, ‘December 1, 2022 and December 5, 2022 have been completed in two phases. There are reports that polling staff and other staff engaged for election-related work have not received the remuneration money even though a period of one month has passed since the completion of the assembly elections. Therefore, to ensure from your level that the Presiding Officer, Polling Officer and all other staff engaged for election related work are paid their remuneration money within 10 days without fail and that after payment of the money no more remuneration money is outstanding, a certificate dated January 15, 2023. Please send by The Election Officers of the Legislative Assembly Constituency are requested to submit a consolidated certificate to that effect to the District Election Officer and all the District Election Officers here.

Allowances are given as per rules

Usually in the month in which the elections are over. In subsequent months, along with the salary, the employees are paid the allowances given to them as per government rules for the extra work they have done.
