A truck with registration number GJ 06 V 4828 was parked on the road towards Valod. Meanwhile, Jaisinghbhai Ranubhai, a native of Dadaria in Valod, was coming to Valod with his 13-year-old son Shivkumar for some work. The accident took place at the back of a dumper parked in front of the Valod Essar pump. Jaisinghbhai’s chest and mouth were hit in the back of the parked truck, causing serious injuries to his mouth and abdomen, and Jaisinghbhai died on the spot. While his son suffered minor to major injuries.
Jaysingh’s son Shivkumar was rushed to Valod Primary Health Center in 108 ambulances with serious injuries to his eyes and mouth and from there Shivkumar was shifted to Vyara Referral Hospital for further treatment.
