- Registration of sale and purchase of 49793 properties in two years in Registrar’s office
Due to the development taking place in the surrounding areas of the district including Anand city, there is a rush of registration of purchase and sale documents of properties in the sub registrar office after the lockdown of the corona period. Even in the corona period of the year 2020-21, a total of 26358 documents have been registered in the various sub registrar offices of the district.
In the year 2021-22, 23435 documents have been registered in the district. In the last two years in Anand district, Rs.156.23 crores were received as stamp duty and Rs.29.39 crores as registration fee, the total income of Rs.185.62 crores has come to the state government.
Anand Sub Registrar Office M. R. Gujjar said that in the year 2020-21, 26358 documents were registered in the sub-registrar offices of eight talukas of Anand district. Whose stamp duty is Rs. 89 79 crore and Rs.15.97 crore as registration fee including Rs. An income of 99.77 crores has gone to the treasury of the state government.
Similarly, 23435 documents were registered in the year 2021-22. Whose stamp duty is Rs. 72.43 crore and Rs.13.41 crore as registration fee including Rs. An amount of 85.85 crores has been received by the state government. According to further information, the highest number of 26979 documents were registered in the Anand Sub Registrar office in the last two years. Whose total income is Rs. 133.43 crores.
