Wild animals are now turning violent in Amreli district with incidents of attacks on the rise. Most of the people are fluttering because of leopards. Around two o’clock in the night, the leopard entered the residential area of Jira village in Dhari and took the 4-year-old girl Chandrikaben Dineshbhai Charola and took the leopard far away to hunt. However, the people escaped by leaving the body of the deceased in the agricultural area, which was being hunted by the roaring leopards. The villagers informed the forest department and the forest department team reached the village and started investigation. The body of the deceased was shifted to Dhari Hospital for PM. The operation was carried out by the forest department. The atmosphere is filled with nostalgia as the leopard takes the life of the innocent in the family.
The forest department instructed to cage the leopard

Constant wildlife attacks are alarming
Recently, a woman was killed by a leopard in Jabal village of Savarkundla taluka. Then a leopard picked up a baby girl and hunted her in the seam area between the left and right cumin seeds of Dhari. Then an incident of attack on 6 persons by a lioness took place in Babarkot village of Jafarabad taluk. Finally, 1 farm laborer was mauled to death by a lion in Nani Dhari village of Khambha. Thus, the incidents of wild animal attacks have been increasing continuously since last one to one and a half months.
