Why the change
The central government changed the rule because the learning driving license is a faceless test. In the manual test the applicant can create a learning DL from any district. In the faceless test, the address will be verified with the Aadhaar card itself, so that the learning driving license will now be created from where the Aadhaar card is made.
Heavy fines without a license
Under the new Motor Vehicle Act, the country has a penalty of Rs 5,000 for driving without a driving license. If you don’t have a driver’s license, get it done as soon as possible.
