Forecast / Rain will resume batting after break, Meteorological department has given five days warning

Rains have taken a break across the state. However, the Meteorological Department has predicted good rains across the state for five days, including heavy rains in some areas. According to Meteorological Department, Valsad, Dadra Nagar Haveli may experience heavy rain. Apart from this, heavy rainfall has been predicted in Banaskantha, Patan, Aravalli, Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar for three days from today. Heavy to very heavy rain is forecast in Saurashtra-Kutch on July 24. So there will be rain in some places on July 26. Meteorological department has predicted that there will be scattered rain in Ahmedabad.

Orange alert has been issued in Kutch-Banaskantha-Patan-Mehsana-Gandhinagar-Aravalli-Surendranagar-Morbi and Yellow alert in Jamnagar-Rajkot-Bota-Ahmedabad-Kheda on Saturday. Rain may increase in many districts on Sunday. A red alert has been issued in Kutch on Saturday, an orange alert in Banaskantha-Patan-Mehsana-Morbi-Jamnagar-Surendranagar-Devbhoomi Dwarka while a yellow alert has been issued in Rajkot-Botad-Porbandar-Ahmedabad-Kheda-Gandhinagar-Sabarkantha-Aravalli.

Ahmedabad is likely to receive heavy rain tomorrow and Sunday, according to a private weather forecasting agency. In which the probability of rain on Sunday has increased to 90 percent. Today, the average maximum temperature in Ahmedabad was recorded at 34 degrees during the day. The state has so far recorded an average of 60 percent of the season’s rainfall with 20 inches.
