VIP treatment is being given to land developer Davinder Gill alias Thapa, who is trapped in cases of cheating of crores of rupees. He was given five star facility in the name of long-term treatment in a hospital in Ropar. Based on the information received under RTI, the lawyer of Punjab and Haryana High Court has made this claim. Said that in the name of physiotherapy for 92 days, he was given treatment by keeping him in the hospital. While his wife Krispy Khaira is absconding. Advocate presented the victims in front of the media in Chandigarh and justified the allegations against Davinder Gill and Krispy.
Varinder Singh said that he had to do this press conference because Krispy Khaira was saying through a video that he was making baseless allegations against her. In such a situation, during the press conference, Varinder Singh, while presenting the document, told the allegations against the couple to be true. Varinder Singh said that he wants to get justice for 700 children.
Fight for justice in 40 crore cheating cases
Advocate Varinder Singh told that he is representing 128 children who have been cheated in the name of sending them abroad. The fraud of about Rs 40 crore is involved in the case. In 2018, Khaira opened an immigration company and cheated many children in the name of sending them abroad. Regarding which the Sector 36 police station had registered a case. According to Varinder Singh, Davinder Thapa manipulated his name to make himself Davinder Gill. From the year 2012 till now, they have done scam of 100 crores. The accused have cheated with more than 700 children.

Get two certificates of tenth made
According to the allegation, Davinder Gill has got the tenth certificate made in two names by forgery. He keeps changing his identity under the names Davinder Thapar, Davinder Thapa and Davinder Gill. There was also a case regarding his fake certificate. Varinder Singh says that Krispy Khaira, wife of Davinder Gill, is running a fugitive. At the same time, when the police team had gone to catch him, he also tried to mount the car on the police. A case of attempt to murder was registered against him at Sohana police station.

Advocate Varinder Singh said that the police is giving VIP treatment to Davinder Gill. He was taken home from jail on 23 June. Apart from this, according to the RTI information, instead of keeping him in jail, he was kept in five star facilities in the hospital.

Varinder Singh said that the couple used to issue lucrative and fake advertisements by opening the office. Such claims were made that students taking four and a half bands would be sent abroad. There will also be a Spouse Visa. Varinder Singh said that the minimum band for 12th pass should be 5 and a half. On the other hand, if the person is a graduate or post graduate, then six and a half bands are required.
Seeing the fake advertisements of Davinder Gill and Krispy Khaira, youth from all over Punjab used to come to them for visa. From each youth, it used to take two and a half to three lakh rupees. The children were repeatedly made to spin. At the same time, a setting was made with the police so that no action is taken against them. Due to this, many FIRs were registered from 2014 to 2018 but in none of the cases the accused were included in the investigation. Meanwhile, a case was registered in the Economic Offenses Wing of Chandigarh Police. The police had arrested Davinder Gill in the case.
BJP leader’s son also cheated
Moga police had registered a case against Davinder Gill, his wife Krispy Khaira and a Pooja Mahajan in February 2016. In the case, there was an allegation of cheating the son of a BJP leader Tarlochan Gill of Rs 7.73 lakh in the name of sending him to Australia on a study visa.
Cases were registered against Gill in districts like Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Amritsar etc. He was also caught by the Mohali police in a land scam case. The CBI had also registered a case against him in 2011 for taking bribe for a housing project. Davinder Gill had sought investment for the Sky Height housing project on the Chandigarh-Kurali road. Davinder was earlier a junior clerk in the Registrar of Societies, Chandigarh and became a land developer in no time.
