Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer (Panchayat) Capt. Manoj Kumar
In Rohtak, Haryana, nodal officers will be appointed in all the departments in view of the announcement of Panchayati elections. For which the Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer (Panchayat) Captain Manoj Kumar has issued orders to all the departments. The responsibility of the nodal officers will be to do data entry of all the employees working in their department/office, as well as prepare them by training.
DC Captain Manoj Kumar issued instructions to all the departments to appoint nodal officers in their offices. Provide the list of employees working in the office to the Development and Panchayat Department. Strict action will be taken for disobeying these orders.

In the order issued, Captain Manoj Kumar said that Panchayati Raj elections are going to be held in the state in the near future. All Heads of Departments should appoint a Nodal Officer in their offices and provide full details of Nodal Officer like name, designation, date of birth, department name, office name, mobile number and e-mail id.

The Nodal Officer will be responsible for completing the data entry of all the employees working in his/her department/office. Nodal officers get training from NIC’s Room No. 202. If there is a problem of computer or internet in any office then they can use the resources of NIC office.
